What goes on there in september..........what should i be targetting, Im big on "trying" to locate some walleyes, but Im ready for just about anything.........got the whole kitchen sink if need be (well, im sure I can be coaxed into filling up another tackle bag before i come up lol) Im sure that'll be the case, just when ya think ya got everything! Ya go to yet another new Lake and gotta follow suit with the "flavor of the week" . Anyway, just thought Id hop on and see if theres anyone willing to point me in any directions. Reports for that time of year etc..........Thanks Guys in advance

I'm another WNYer and love Black Lake. First thing to do is to get yourself a HotSpots map of the lake. You'll notice that there are a lot of hot spots to fish. Some of my favorites are around Wood Island, between Wood and Orchard Bay, Raspberry Island, the shoals of Upper Deep Bay or just about any outer weed edge. By then you'll have the electric mounted and ready to go (I ferequent MFF also). I'll be going up for a few days in a couple of weeks. Will report.
