I was asked to post some photos of the completed job on my 17.5 foot Sea Nymph, Fish and Ski. Right now is is parked outside of a friends barn in Dillsburg, PA. My step-son and I gutted it out last fall and plan to replace the wood floor and all of the seats behind the windshield. There ar four major problems with the completion of this project:
1) We had a snowy winter so we couldn't work on it too much 2) When I replaced the 70 horse Johnson with a 90 horse Nissan, I found that we need new controls for the power trimand tilt. We took care of this but I need to make it look better to complete the job. 3) We have been very busy with several other projects 4) It is almost time to go fishing again. I might be out there with a fold up lawn chair in the gutted boat until we can take a summer vacation at the camp in July.
I will post the phots and keep a update going.

Sounds like a fun project . . . I look forward to the pics.
I have a 14' v-hull sitting in my driveway that is also in need of a floor, seats, and accessories. I have a nice duel-bank chanrger and a new fish finder that need mounted also. I'll try and take some nice pictures of the project as I go along. It has to be done by the middle of May so I'm starting to get very motivated.

Hey Tmutt, I love the fact that most of us die hard BL fisherman and women. Use classic vessels to navigate the lake. I have a 1965 Starcraft 14ft. V fiberglass with a 1970's Evinrude 18hp motor. Good luck to you on your restore.

WOW! Same as mine, except mine's aluminum, and I traded up the evenrude for a 25hp Mercury (1984)

Haven't checked out this thread for a while. What's up with the boat? Is it done yet? FISHNGUY
