My uncle is one of those meticulous people who'll spend all the time it takes to clean and fillet a northern, completey. Man, he don't waste a bite.
Then we take and lay iy out on buttered tin foil. Add some of your favorite hot sauce, spices, loads of chopped veggies on top, then wrap it, and put 'er on the grill.
