While at BL last week a guy at one of the camps told us about Cranberry lake. Told us that was the place to go for larger pike. I'd like to give it a try for a day but would like to here more about it.

went out trout fishing on the 1st. what a nasty day cold ,rainy and windy. sounds like one of jim b and my days on black lake. oh BTW today is jim`s birthday. well back to fishing. need-less to say i only got a couple of soft hits. although the older gentlemen(and i say this with the ut-most respect) had a fair day. actually given the weather conditions they did rather well. most of those guys tole me the same thing this time of year you really have to get your streamers down deep and fish them really slow. until next time see ya.
